About the Program

The program called „Complex Integration Program Based on Competence Development" aims to support the integration of refugees and person under humanitarian protection living in Hungary. The program runs from January 2011 until December 2011. The program contains several services, listed below: - The Digital Empowerment Tool (DET) is a competence development method and tool at the same time. The DET helps to reveal and to visualize individual skills, competencies and experiences. The outcomes of the DET are a CV, a portfolio, and a personal development plan, that draw your attention on your existing competencies and on the areas need to be developed in the future. - Personal mentoring means that every person (under humanitarian protection and refugee) entering the program will be supported by a personal mentor. Based on the results of the DET we offer variable optional services: - Hungarian language tutoring. - The enrolment program offers you the chance to gain an elementary or high-school qualification or supply your lost or damaged diploma. - You can get a Hungarian work experience in the framework of the vocational program. - Career and job search counselling is also available. - Even the intercultural training is an element of the program, which is held with the common participation of the mentors and mentees (person supported by the mentors). - The monthly held community programs provide a chance for discover new places and make new friends. |
