Based on the competencies revealed and outlined during the DET-records and on the individual demands, the program offers career counselling and a (1-3 months long) vocational training opportunity. The general aim is that those who are motivated to find a job in Hungary could acquire a proper work experience and references for their future employment. Similarly to the enrolment program, all trainees will have two mentors – one from Artemisszio and one from the workplace – supporting their integration into the labour life. This service is optional and available during the whole length of the program. |
